Reservation Request

To inquire about availability you can always call our office 541-560-3399 between 9 am and 5 pm Pacific Time or you can make a reservation over the phone. Otherwise, submit your request in the form below. Please be sure to include your RIG TYPE and LENGTH so we’ll know which sites can work for you!

Once we process your reservation request, we will send you an email to confirm your reservation if we have availability.
**Check your SPAM or JUNK folder if you do not see an email from us within 48 hours of submitting your request.**
If you do not receive an email within 48 hours, CALL our office to confirm we received your request.
You must call us within 72 hours of receiving a confirmation email from us to provide your credit card information to guarantee your pending reservation or you may be cancelled.
We do not charge anything at time of reservation; your card info is needed to guarantee that we will hold the site for you.
If you do not cancel your guaranteed reservation and do not show up, we can charge your card for at least 1 night.
Should we be unable to fulfill your requested dates, we will send you an email to that effect.

New Field New Field Must have Pull-Thru Site NOTE: We have a limited number of pull-thru sites. If you MUST HAVE one of those sites, select this checkbox. (We cannot guarantee a pull-thru site, but we will do all we can to accommodate you. The majority of our sites are easy "back-in" sites nestled in tall pines providing lots of shade. We suggest that you request a "pull-thru" only if it is absolutely necessary. Please call us with any questions.

New Field New Field Request DirecTV Cable Connection NOTE: Unique to Crater Lake RV Park, because "citified" cable TV is not available in the forest, we have installed numerous DirecTV satellite dishes within the park and wired satellite reception for DirecTV receivers to many of our sites. To request one of these sites, select this checkbox. Request this if you have already have a DirecTV Receiver and we can get access to the back of your receiver to be able to connect a cable to our satellite dish -OR- if you wish to rent one of our receivers which will give you 360 television channels. Please call us with any questions you might have regarding this option.

New Field New Field Must Have Clear View for Satellite Note: Because of the many tall trees in the park, ONLY THREE (3) of our sites CAN provide a clear view of the southern sky for RVs with on-board satellite dishes. Request one of these sites ONLY if you cannot use our free DirecTV satellite cable connections (see above). To request one of these sites, select this checkbox.
