Free Fishing Weekends

Oregon has free fishing weekends throughout the year. Established to encourage people to enjoy the outdoors with friends and family during certain weekends, all fishing license requirements are waived during these days.

You can fish for brown trout and rainbow trout on the Rogue River both above and below the dam behind our park, or drive to nearby Medco Pond or Lost Creek Lake.
